Preparing to Ship

Instructions:

1. After check out, details about the order will be sent to your email address.

2. Print out the completed copy of this form that is emailed to you OR write down the order number, person’s name, address, and phone number on a sheet of paper.

3. Pack order forms, patches, and fatigues together in a secure package.

4. Mail package to the address below via any courier of your choosing. We recommend using a service that provides delivery confirmation tracking.


We recommend using USPS for its availability and flat rate shipping:

1-2 (3ish) fatigues: The best option would be the USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope. Availability may vary at USPS locations, however, you can order them for free online!

Cost: $9.65 nationwide

3-4+ fatigues: USPS Tyvek Envelope or Flat Rate Medium Box 2

Cost: Tyvek costs may vary based on weight and distance - great for shorter distances

Medium Box Flate rate: $ 16.10 nationwide


*NOTE: The default shipping method we will use to send your apparel back to you is USPS (this takes roughly 2-3 business days). If you want faster shipping, you will be required to pay the additional shipping costs. If that is what you would like, be sure to indicate this choice in the shipping options on the form. Any additional shipping costs incurred by choosing a faster shipping method will be charged to the credit card that you provide as your payment method.
