Getting Started Guide

Greetings,

The process can be a little confusing for newcomers but no worries! Within this guide, I will walk you through the whole process step-by-step from start to finish, consider this a little boot camp.

Let’s get you situated!

1) First, we recommend you create an account to quickly view your order and to expedite the process for future use.

2) When you’re ready, go to the Shop page. There you will see three categories: hat, torso, and leg. Choose what you need and meet us at the next point.

3) Here, we chose the Torso page. To the left, you can see a diagram with a bunch of letters. Each letter corresponds with a drop-down option to select and add to your shopping cart.

If you have multiple fatigues/uniforms that require the same patches, make sure to adjust the quantity for that patch slot.

Scroll down for a complete list of patch slots and their uses!

4) After you’ve selected all the patches you need, go to your shopping cart and check out. The shopping cart can be found on the top-right section of your screen.

5) Review your order to make sure you got all your patches - including the right quantity if you have multiple patches for the same location.

***Any velcro for the slot(s) that are selected will be removed***

7) On the Checkout page, we require you to enter a deadline for the order. This helps us to be on the same page! Please also consider the 2-week timeframe needed to ship and patch.

This date should be the absolute day you need your uniform/fatigue back. For example for a formal or reporting to duty.

8) You have two payment options, we accept most credit and debit cards. You will be required to enter your phone number so in the event we need to contact you for questions and accuracy reasons, we can do it quickly.

For Paypal: Please manually enter your phone number in the edit field.

9) Congratulations! You’ve made your first order. Thank you for using our service and we hope to serve you more in the future.

But you’re not done yet! Click here for the next guide for getting your fatigues/uniforms ready for shipping.
